Getting started

Starting therapy can feel like a lot. Here is exactly what happens, one step at a time.

From first call to first session

We guide you through every step, and you can ask questions at any point.

1

Reach out

Call or send us a message. We'll listen, answer your questions, and explain your options.

2

Insurance check

We verify your benefits and explain what's covered before anything begins.

3

Assessment

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) meets you and your child to understand strengths and needs.

4

Your plan

Together, we set clear, measurable goals and match you with your therapy team.

5

Therapy begins

Sessions start. We track progress and review the plan with you regularly.

Insurance and coverage

Many families use health insurance to pay for ABA therapy. Before services begin, we verify your benefits and explain any costs, so there are no surprises.

When you call, it helps to have your insurance card and, if you have one, your child's diagnosis report.

Questions families ask

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based therapy that teaches meaningful skills, like communication, social interaction, and self-care, and helps reduce behaviors that get in the way of learning or safety.
